Late Furniture Delivery Damaged Ceilings and Five Entry Walls

I went to the nearest Aaron's and ordered my furniture, and was promised an ASAP delivery that same day. After they tried to back out of the delivery several times that day, they finally delivered half my furniture. They damaged my ceilings and 5 walls in my entry way because they were too lazy to remove the legs from my furniture to make it fit, and they damaged five of the seven pieces they delivered.

They delivered the next piece four days late, and it had four different size legs. They then gave me a new bill with a different billing date and a different price than what we had discussed, and promised delivery within a week.

It has been 31 days and nothing. I have spoken to several people and they have all promised satisfaction with no results, or just told me what I wanted to hear so that they could hang up. Buyer beware: after they get your money, you are playing by their rules.
