Fitzen.com the on-line dating site of Relationship Exchange perpetrates a frudulent product in that they say you get a chat room service with a pid subscription... Yet the caht room servcie doesn;t work. Repeated attempts to correct this invoke canned responses that it's the suer's fsault. It isn;t. Then they bill you anyway when you opt out cancelling the subscription based on a few days of enrollemnt and connect use all the services paid for.

They are either corrupt or inept. Probably both... But they ahve not offered a refund even though their 'warranty" says it will refund.

They are not a reputable in my experience.
