Fraudulent charges Ripoff

This company is charging me for Directory assistance in Nevada that I never used. My phone Company EMBARQ said that I need to take care of this and that there was nothing that they could do to this company that is billing people. My charge was $7.14. Imagine multiplying that by all the phones and cell phones in the United States and you have a MULTI_MILLION dollar business that the Better Business Bureau is letting them get away with. I called the number and she asked if I lived alone. If I said that a call was never made in this house, then it wasn't!!! Simple as that. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN!
