Unresponsive Liars that will Take Your Money, and Run Convictedclothing.com

I placed a simple order with Convictedclothing.com on June 13. It is now September 18 — 3 months later from my purchase.

The order consisted of only 2 items. A beanie, and a sweater.

I did not receive an eMail stating my purchase, however, my credit card was promptly charged, and money taken.

I have eMailed convictedclothing.com several times, and it wasn't until the 5th time, and nearly 2 months passing that I finally received a response. Here is what 'Adam' had to say:

Your order shipped out almost 4 weeks ago via United States Postal Service. This process can be a little slower than most so please be patient. Give it another week and if it doesn't get there by then, hit
me back and we'll see what we can do to correct this problem. Sorry for the delay, but keep in mind that you are fully half a planet away.
These things take time. To use a faster service would cost us MORE than your order was. Thank you for your understanding.

3 Months later, I have tried 'hitting Adam up' again, I still have not received an eMail, phone call, my beanie, and sweater, or my money back.

I have again, very politely requested this issue be resolved, please just refund my money. To no avail, no response, no reply email nothing. I'm being ignored, ripped off, and disrespected.

These guys have taken my money, and run with it. My purchase was over 100 dollars. Thats over 100 dollars that I will not be seing again.

ConvictedCloting.com is a rip off, cheat, dishonest, unreputable, skanky, wannabe business.

Do not shop there.
