Ripoff, took payment for advertising, did not fulfill contract

In July we contracted with Quorum to produce and air an ad for us, guaranteed to reach 5 million homes. They were also to provide us copies of the ad, and a print ad. They failed to even produce the ad in time for Christmas. They guaranteed production and airing in 2004.

They produced a terrible ad with our website misspelled and said they ran it in 2004. They could not provide proof that they corrected or aired the ad.

My complaint to the Better Business Bureau got them to agree to correct the ad and run it in 2005. They did not run it in nor did they provide me with a corrected copy.

They have never provided me with a copy of the print ad. I have verified that they reached 10% of the guaranteed number of homes but it was not until 2006 that I finally got a copy of the TV ad.
