EMA - CD Maker.com ripoff of CD manufacturing required $181 up front which I questioned

I took a master cd to have it replicated and the inserts manufactured. I asked the owner her requirements for the design work and was given those. I informed the ownerr that in squeezing the picture down to the size she wanted would cause a pixel problem when she had to pull it back to size to fit the inserts. I'm not a computer whiz, but I do know that you cannot squeeze a pic to a 1" square and then make it fit a cd insert. I already had a picture that was 300dpi, which is what she said she needed to begin with.
I wanted to e-mail to her but she said "don't do that, our computer won't accept that". So I changed the measurements to her specifications, burned the info onto cd's and took the cd's in to her (per her request) at my appointment time with her on Wed., Sept. 6. While there, she seemed in a really big hurry and I had a couple questions and she said something to the effect that we could talk about it later that she had someone else coming in. I drove approx. 60 miles for that appointment and she cut it short.
Before I left she said she requires 75% of the total cost be paid up front before she will start production of the CD's. I questioned this, as noone else had ever made that requirement. I was informed that some people leave the "MASTER CD" and after they do the design work that people never pick the cd's up. If hindsight is 20/20, now I know why she requires the money up front and why the folks never pick their work up!!!
I was informed that I would have the finished product no later than Fri. Morning, Sept. 15. On Fri. Sept. 8 I was informed that she couldn't use the info on the cd's that I had brought her because the size of the pics was only 1" square (of course they were - I knew that would happen with the measurements she gave me.)
I asked her what it was going to cost me for just printing the cd face and replicating the CD's. She said it would be 50 cd's at 90 cents each, which she said is $45.00. There was no tax on this. She said nothing about another $65.00 for design (I didn't get the design I had asked for originally (this is just a plain white background with black writing.)
On Monday late afternoon, Sept. 11, I called to check on the cd's. She had apparently done nothing to them. I called and was told she was at a meeting, but the guy there (super nice person he seems to be, very polite) told me the info for the CD itself was not in the computer yet but he would get it done, so since she said she couldn't use the info on the cd's for the color pictures, I said just do a white background with black writing with the information I furnished. THE OWNER HAD QUOTED ME ON A COLOR PICTURE.
The designer did a proof for me, e-mailed to me shortly thereafter. I told him the design would be fine and to go ahead with production. I had already typed this info. For them. She is charging me for the original quote of a COLOR rather than Black & White. After exchanging e-mails, she became very defiant.
Today, Thur. Sept. 14 I received an e-mail (she could have called me, she has my cell no. And my home no.) stating that she had cashed my check (deposit she required of $181), but she had called my bank and it still hasn't cleared (I had informed her of that yesterday). She said that when I come pick up the cd's in the morning, Sept. 15, I will have to pay her $110 CASH to get the cd'd or if I want to pick up the MASTER I can pay her $65 IN CASH in order to pick it up, but not get the cd's. That Master CD belongs to me!!! Very poor business tactics for a business owner. Now she has my deposit of $181 and wants another $110 in cash before I can pick up my cd's.
