Ripoff, false statements, contract contingencies not met

I purchased a home with l. Hayes of remax acting as my broker/facillitator, and g. Doster acting as sellers broker/facillitator. The real estate contract was contingent upon clear letters of mold/fungus/wet-dry rot/home inspection / and termites. The seller was supposed to give clear letters on all but the home inspection. L. Hayes contacted a home inspector for me. She stated there were a few electrical problems that need to be addressed. I called back, and she stated "you have clear letters. Congratulations on your new home". The deal closed, not knowing that there was only 1 clear letter. It was for termites. Since then, we have found electrical problems and hazards that could cost over 3,000.00 to repair. We even had live romex wiring hanging off the back porch my children could have grabbed. The basement is covered in several molds, on the ceiling, sheetrock, paneling, hvac, and insulation, and has so far caused a trip to the hosptial for my asthmatic daughter. The remediation and repair and waterproofing is well over $15,000.00. I called l. Hayes to ask where are all the clear letters, and she stated she gave them to me at closing, which i did not recieve until 7 days after closing, and of course, there is but 1 clear letter. Call me stupid, but a clear letter is a clear letter, and if you add an "s" to the end it is plural, meaning more than 1. I also called bass realy for the property disclosure form, and they stated the seller did not fill one out due to the fact they claimed they did not live in the home, which the neighbors have stated otherwise. I thought we were buying a home as is, but we thought we knew what as is was with the clear letters l. Hayes stated we had, and what bass realty should have made sure we had.
We are currently looking at well over 18,000.00 in repairs due to one brokers false statements, and anothers lack of duty and care that should be given to the buyers and sellers.
