I've sadly had the knowledge of coping with Top Administration concerning my gym administration that was expired. They don’t appear to follow their very own termination times though their agreement appears genuine. Constantly my charge card was billed following the termination time about the agreement for weeks. As though this wasn’t poor enough after I introduced this for their interest they decided to change the issue but rather AGAIN billed (in the place of acknowledged) my bill today for that a few months because of me. Therefore today an overall total of $279 have improperly billed. Onto my credit card.

Still errors occur and that I was prepared to ignore their problem when they might just credit me for that needless costs against my bill.

After numerous telephone calls, hours of waiting on-hold and many faxed copies of my bank claims delivered to them (for whatever reason they are able to never find the faxes). Period extended to-go by although months went by even while I had been informed it'd be studied care of immediately, I extended to hold back on-hold many times per week simply to be informed that it'd be studied care quickly.

It’s been per month plus they have yet to pay me for that wrong fees against my consideration I've grown exhausted, irritated, annoyed and just plain angry. I'd never undergo one of these simple bill administration solutions again the next time I'll spend the gym entirely to prevent all of the stress of the customer support that is inexperienced people at Top Administration Unprofessional’s.
