Said they would produce a song from a poem. Ripoff

I singed a contract with hilltop records to make a poem into a song. I was charged 499.00 Dollars!!! To do so I have never received the song. I have never Heard from them. Attempted phonecalls iquiring about the process and the progress have not been able since no one likes to answer the phone.

I just want my hard earned money back!!!
