On tuesday (8/29/06) when everything cleared the bank i checked my bank account and i had a charge for 69.95 from hoodia burnfat in mission viejo california. I was soo pissed off and tried contacting them by putting hoodiaburnfat as the web site and it took me to a website where it had an email address that does not even work and a phone number where there is just a recording.

Today i was trying to investigate all the companies that sell diet products and telling them they had charged me illegally and that i wanted my money back. 2 contacted me and told me that they had no record of it. One of the companies stated that they have had calls all week about the same situation people are being riped off by some hoodiaburnfat company. I asked if they how i could possibley find someone to help me, they suggested that i do a search on google. I did a search on google and found this website. I read a testimoney from a woman that said she ordered a product from lean life pm and paid only for the shipping. Immediatly she cancelled her order. But later on she got charged alot of money from the same company.

I started thinking i did order lean life pm from a company and the same thing happended to me. On this website it gave me a number to call. I just call this number and Michelle told her i was calling about a charge that was made on my account she put me on hold then came back to tell my they have had call about the fraudlent charges, and why their number is being given out. So they investigated and told me that the charges are coming from a ware house in Ontrio, California called Nova Point. She told me i could call them at these numbers 1-877-968-4628 or 909-9303-3003 and that the owner is Joe Gioeli and try to straigten things out with him or file a disput with credit card company so they can do a formal investigation and give them all the information that was provided to me.

I have not called this number yet but will do so as soon as i get off work. I will keep u updated.
