Ripoff, kept deposit, gave installation date but failure to place orders, refusal to return phone calls, work never done

Shops, Products, Services

I signed a contract on December 01 with Nu View Remodeling Specialist, George E. Bowie II, Vice President and George E. Bowie Sr, President. Nu View was suppose to delivered materials in four weeks. Nu View has committed a fraud, ripoff, kept deposit, gave installation date but failure to place orders, refusal to return telephone calls, work was never done.

I have been trying since December until August 26 to make numerous calls but never bother to return telephone calls. It seems now that the company when out of business and kept my deposit and the work was never done.
