Ripoff took $1500 cash deposit to buy materials and disappeared

George Lukovenko took $1500 in cash from me on 5/11 to buy materials and was supposed to start the work a week later. He kept promising to start and finally told me he will do the work first week of June. After that he stopped taking any of my phone calls and did not show up. I left numerous messages at his house asking to return the money but he has not returned any of the phone calls nor did he return the money. He is a crook.
