Scammed credit card without authorization

I was contacted by Casey Eckstadt at Copeland Marketing about renting out my timeshare. He stated repeatedly this was a 100% full refund of the $799 fee during the first 3 years. He stated he needed my credit card # to prepare the authorization form and rental agreement for me to review and if I accepted, I was to sign and return the forms to them.

They charged my credit card immediately without signature of their authorization form. They will not refund my money. Brandy Curtis at Copeland said there is no such thing as a money back guarantee and that she does not need written authorization to charge my card.

Vicky, if you're out there, please email me (or fax, or snail mail) any information so that I can dispute this charge with my credit card company.

Brandy Curtis claims she has a recording of Mr. Eckstadt's conversation and that they are actively listing my timeshare. If that's true, she has committed a felony under Florida state law (it is illegal to record a conversation without consent of both parties) and they are illegally renting out my timeshare without authorization.

Their rental agreement/authorization form states quite clearly that the charge is refundable BEFORE the cancellation date (which they purposely fail to state what that date is), and it clearly states that I have to give written authorzation for both a credit card charge, and to list my timeshare.

Further, their own form lists a completely different dollar amount than what they charged my credit card.

If they do not refund my money, I will contact the AG in Florida, along with the FTC and any other legal authorities that I can, as this is blatant credit card fraud.
