Cheap phone but doesnt worth a penny.

I singned up for this voip service because its comparitively cheaper and i get to make free calls to some parts of UK. At the time of sign up they promised my existing phone number can be ported. Never did they mention that this is not guaranteed. So i kept my other phone service to enable them port the number for more than 45 days. Upon repeated calls to rocketvoip, finally they said the number cannot be ported.

Their friendly, quality customer service is the worst i have ever come across. I couldnt do much at that time so kept their service. But often had trouble with the service and had more trouble in getting it sorted out through their customer service.

Finally i got so tired with this cheap service, so decided to cancel it. Now they ask me to ship the device back and they wouldnt pay the shipping cost. I dont remember reading that condition. But as per their customer service representative, that is their POLICY (frustating their customer) and its mentioned in the terms and condition. If i dont send it back they will charge 35$.

If any of you thinking of VOIP, dont go to rocketvoip. I dont know if they have any customer i am sure they dont deserve any.
