Fraud accounts ruined my credit report Ripoff

I tried to get a loan and was turned down because I was told I had 3 charged off accounts. When I went through equifax to dispute I was told the accounts belong to me. The accounts were for Midnight, 7th Ave., and Ginnys Inc. I read another rip off report for the same company and believe a class action lawsuit is needed. These people must be stopped.
