Beware of this so-called attorney.

I have not heard for him for months at a time and yet he claims he did all of this work for me. This is incongruent. He REFUSES to give me an explanation WHY it takes six months after a trial to set a trial date for damages. He can YELL at me but never opens your mouth in court. I personally witnessed his FEAR and TREMBLING in the presence of a Judge.

From my experience I do not think he is capable of handling a real estate transaction. I certainly would not hire him, as he cannot even draft an avadavat without fifteen errors.

He has been officially being notified of my increasing dissatisfaction and DISTRUST for him and his methods. He NEVER had my interests in mind and especially now his current actions are SOLELY to benefit himself with NO REGARD for me or my situation.

When I attempted to FIRE him this past February he hid from me and avoided me. Finally when I did corner him I made it crystal clear that the reason I was firing him was that he REFUSED to comply with my wishes and REFUSED, as my attorney to even listen to my reasons for making decisions that affect my case and MY life.

At this time I agreed not to fire him if he started to listen to my point of view and COMPLY with what I want—as opposed to what HE wants. Additionally, he agreed to keep me informed and up to date on the status of my case. This of course you have not done.

Because he have proven UNTRUSTWORTHY to say the least.

Thus far in this case he has:
1) Continually lied to me.
2) Did not inform me of offers from the other side.
3) Refused my certified mail.
4) Violated my attorney client PRIVILEGE.
5) Made Decisions which impacted the status of my case without consulting me.
6) Refused to cooperate with the court without discussing it with mewhich makes it appear that I am the one refusing to cooperate.
7) Have not given me ANY documents pertaining to my case (which I discovered is standard procedure. What is it he is hiding?) I know and he knows.
8) When I finally DEMAND a docket number I received sarcasm from him.
9) His entire actions are clandestine and mask a secret agenda.
10) He called me A WORTHLESS CRIPPLE, and my life partner a RETARD.
11) He drafted conflicting avadavats that we had to correct.
12) He did not give me an explanation of why I won a case but have to wait six months for a judge to set a date for a damages trial. This in itself is absurd and I have not encountered ANYONE who heard of such a situation.
13) The GREAT BIG LIE&he assured me that the JURY decides. And now it is the judgeHE knew this all along and has lied to me about it for FOUR years.

I am thoroughly aware of his SELF-SERVING activities at the cost of my case and how it impacts my life.
