Poor cuatomer service

We wnt in and spoke to a saleman regarding a mattress, he had us try some of them out and than recommended a therputic one. We laid in it and it felt firm. I specificcally said I need firm and do not want to sink in a mattress. He said it comes in differant grades of frimness. We sighned a contract that said if we were not satisfied in 30 days we can exchange the mattress with a fee.

When we received the mattress and slept in it the first night we sank and it seemed soft. We iddiatley cslled the next day and went to the store after being up all night and have been given a run around on how we should stsy in it for 30 days and maangers were always out. Can't speak to us. Finally we got to the top manager and also told us we need to stay in the mattress for 30 days. Meanwhicle we havelost sleep my husband has a heart condition and his blood pressure has gone up (lack fo speep) and all these people care about is that contract and not about the needs of a customer.

The mattress is not the one we ordered, but they say it is and are willing to send someone to see. Well, i suppose that someone is on their payroll. Yes we did sign the contract in good faith but this does not seem to be the mattress and i refuse to pay a 10% restock fee and delivery. Customer service does not stop at the sale. The salesman was notlistening to his customer needs. Please help, these people are getting away with this kind of treatment and nothing can be done??
