The item-a sterling Silver Locket was defective and would not be opened. The posted website measurements are: approximate length-21 mm (13/16") and approximate width-15 mm (5/8") from the outside I placed a small mint and it was too long to fit inside. A picture would not fit. The item was immediately returned. The Seller refused a refund until authorities investgated policies and a partial refund of $12.74 was credited. The Seller refuses to refund a 15% resocking fee on faulty item with false advertsing.
