Affordable Flowers - 866-66ROSES ripoff SCAM paid for flowers NEVER delivered WON'T refund money!

Ordered roses on July 26. They were never delivered. I called that evening and talked to various different consultants all saying that they would call the local florist and get back to me about the problem. No one apologized. No one ever called me back. I called the next day and was put on hold 10 different times where no one ever got back on the phone. I finally told them NOT to put me on hold - and the consultant got a "manager" on the line who said she would refund my money.

When the money did not show up in my account by Aug 1st I called back and e-mailed many times. Half of the time no one picked up, the other half of the time I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I never recieved an e-mail back, either. Later that night, I finally spoke to another manager who said my refund was processed and I'd see it with in 3 days. It is now August 10th - and NO REFUND! I have tried to call back numerous times, e-mailed, left my phone number - and no one calls me back. I'm furious. Horrible business. SCAM!

I lost $50.00 and the anniversary flowers were NEVER delivered.
