Misleading promises and practices Ripoff

This is supposed to be a lead generating business for the real estate market. Which up until resently I only assumed, because I had no proof, they sell the names multiple times in the local market to fellow agents.

There rules have changed often without notification, it use to be when they would send you a lead you were able to examine the lead and see if you wanted it or not, by clicking on accepting it, before they debted your bank not so any more you are forced to take the lead and waste your time on a lead that is not going to be productive or is an unrealistic view on the part
of a potential buyer.

I was told when I agreed to the program that they were to screen those requesting information check to see that they
are legit, but just this past Monday they charged my bank the the same person twice all they had to do is look at the address to see that.

The rules were I had seven days once I accepted these as my lead to contact the person if there was no contact or they said they were only cheking out the area and have changed their mind it would then be credited back to my account if I called realtytracker in the time limit.
