To my fellow realtors out there.
Do not trust Getmyhomesvalue sold me by telling me that the way they differ from other lead generating company's is that they only give us leads that have been interviewed, period. I'm here to tell all of you thats a lie. The only lead I recieved was when I got an email from them with the subject that stated, lead verified. Then when i loged into my account i see an attempted to call customer at 10:03 and another at 10:04 on July 13 and no other update was given. Bottom line, they NEVER interview this lead.

If you choose to go with a lead generating company, go with one that'll refund your money. These guys do not, although they may say whatever to get your credit card info. Do not believe anything the sales person has to say. Have them send you everything in writing. Don't let them steel 400 dollars away from you like they did to me.
