I gave them a draft of 384.00 dollars for my heating credit and they say that i used it up and i know i didnt. They wont deliver me and gas because they say i o.

I had problems with this company since i started using them. They are over charging me for gas that i didnt owe them. I gave them 384.00 heating draft for my gas and they said i used it up. I dont think i did at all. Every time i call them to get a gas derliver they say i owe them all the time and i dont.

I gave the the draft in april a month ago and they said i use it. But when i went to fia they told me that i still had a credit of a 130.00 left on it. They say i dont. Can you please look in to it for me
