Ripoff do not sign anything charge over $6000 and only worth $200

On March 02, I received a call from a representative from USA Card Services telling me they will help me to start up a web business with no money out of my pocket. He said they will get me financed by one of the biggest bank, JP Morgan Chase without any money from me because created a website cost thousands of money but it won't cost me a penny. He went on and on how great a company they are and that they are a member of BBB.

He asked me how committed am I and why I'm doing this and is it worth their time and money to invest in me. I told him, I'm doing this for my newborn son and my 2 year old daughter. He said that is the answer he is looking for and passed me on to his supervisor for the final approval after almost 2 hours of convincing me do this and at the end softly mentioned only need to pay $130. Not once did he mentioned it is $130/month for a 48 months non-cancelable lease and/or is for a credit card machine that is worth only max. $350.

When I finally spoke to the supervisor, he said if I do not fax back the form today, I am not serious in making money and they will not accept me if do not reply right away. I told them I do not have a fax machine and I will need to go out to receive and send the forms. I had only 15 minutes left before the fax store closed. I rushed outside and had to stop at the 2nd fax store that was still open and will be closed in 5 minutes. Without reading the contract because I trust the representative that everything is true and that they belongs to BBB, there wouldn't be a problem, I was wrong. When I finally had a chance to read the contract, I almost had a heart attack.

What can I do to get back my money and void the contract? Isn't there any law to protect the customers from scam artist? Can't anyone stop them from ripping more innocent people? Please any advise would be greatly appreciated!
