RipOff - they don't pay valid claims for damage

We moved from NH to AZ using Paul Arpin Van Lines who owns/uses Movers Settlement Group as the insurer for your possessions. We had full coverage. Our vehicles received damage. They're own independent insurance adjuster told us and them the damage neared $2,000.00. They just won't pay it, claiming it was prior damage - the paint and primer were worn down to the metal, very smooth, not like a ding or dent. It was caused from boxes rubbing against the vehicles. The other damage was the car fell off the ramps! They just won't pay and are ignoring us - which is just as bad.
