Moda, generation one is a scam

My fiance works for a local radio staion and meet with a recruiter from Moda Modleing. My fiance knew the interest that our 13 year old daughter had in modeling and requested information.in October my fiance, my daughter and I went to an open call, they asked us to bring our daughter back, and informed us they were interested in representing our daughter.

As a result we paid the full balance of more than $800.00 by December 3, but at the time of payment we were informed that we missed the January deadline, and that she would take her photo's in February, well February turned into April, and that was after numerous calls, and the complete run around from every individual involved.

The photo shot was April 9th, and as of today August 1 we have yet to receive our pictures.in addition, I have spoken with the photographer who stated that he will not release my duaghters pictures, because he has yet to be paid. The individual that has initially set up the photo shot is no longer employed with the organization, and suggest that I sue.

The other top employees are not answering any calls and one of the employees phones are disconnected. We were able get in contact with an investor who also states that he was stifted the the organization. Moda/generation one is not to be trusted by anyone. Don't believe anything that they have to say, look elsewhere.
