Annoyance Ripoff METRO MANILA

This company is an annoyance. I recently started receiving calls from them on my cell phone and also at work. I never answer because I dont reconize the number. After looking them up on the internet I came to find out that this company is not even in the U.S. On top of that there some kind of Customer Service call center with an office here in Los Angeles. I have written to this company regarding them removing me from there call list, but to my suprise they dont seem to understand english.
