"Raising the Bar" means, "BARRING ACCESS"! Whoever their "independent researcher" was that they claim has done "research" sure hasn't researched the Hawaii market where there continues to be "complete barring of access" in even basic locations within the cities where they "guarantee" you will have access... Then you get a bill for $300 for all the dropped calls, and cannot even get back onto the system busy your display keeps beeping "SYTEM BUSY" so you cant call back and AGIN get charged for a dropped call... Sometimes not even being able to call back for miles! I hope you dont get stranded!!! And as a "favor", they discount $100 off of a contract that was supposed to be for $50/mo!
All communication companies in Hawaii are a scam, as well as most ISPs!!! If you plan on moving here, dont expect to be able to communicate through technical means on ANY reliable level!!! They lied to me and other customers saying that access in hawaii would improve... That was 3 years ago!!! They lied!
