I try to research about this check:

For banking term:

Non-negotiable check: payable in the name of bearer

Non negotiable: It can not be exchanged money except by person whose name is written on it.

I also aks some international banks, they answere they are legal facsimile check. However, I need a real check form Plasmanet to get money.

Could someone in US can aks the american banks about this matter?
