Ripoff Take your money and leave you high and dry

I was in financial troubles beyond all limits of poverty. I began looking for organizations that could help me file the proper documents to file bankruptcy. I explained to this company at length how I was so in need of help I would have to borrow the money to pay their fee. Their fees seemed to be the lowest I could find but still claimed to do the best job and Mr. Bohl seemed so concernded and willing to help me get it done quickly. To stop the creditors from calling and knocking on my door. The took my money, half filled out the documents then stopped accepting my calls and emails. I began to do some research on Mr. Bohl and his organization to find he has judgements against him and has in fact filed bankruptcy himself. One judgement was just rendered April 29 from US Attorney's Office Western District of Michigan. Needless to say, my case was dismissed because all of the proper documents were never filed. The judge has since issued an order for Mr. Bohl and his organization to directing compliance. They did not respond. I have had an attorney send a letter of demand. They did not respond. Their website is still fully functioning and the 800 numbers are still active. These people are still ripping people off!!
