Evoke Incentives - Corporate Clarity
Ripoff deceiving, lack of end user interest, fraudulent, impossible to claim gifts, NEVER return calls or answer calls

Report begins in March when my wife and I decided to sign up for the All American Dish Network. (See All American Dish Network report also) Great deal to sign up but again no assitance or concern with problems after committed. They offered us several incentives and one was a $100.00 gift card shopping spree.

Approximately 6-8 weeeks from getting the DISH we received the odd coupon in the mail from the DISH Network. They explained after calling them this was a voucher to obtain our $100.00 gift card. (Upset & discouraged about this also) Never the less the company that was producing these $100.00 gift cards demanded a number of requirements to be met before they would even send us the gift card. (All but our first born!)
We sent to them everything we thought they needed to process this card.

One tiny mistake made this deal null & void. My wife sent them a $2.95 personal check instead of a certified check? Requirements: 1) Provide shipping information on certificate; 2) Sign Certificate; 3) Copy of current photo ID, copy of first bill, certified funds for $2.95 and self addressed stamp envelope; 4) Send redemption to addres on certificate; 5) Postmarked within 30 days of purchase; 6) Name and address must match client account (Dish).

Outraged I called Evoke Incentives and got a recording to which Christopher Gomez returned my call 5 minutes later. He heard my concerns and said he would help me out that it was All American Dish that put these restrictions on them. He claims they required all this information to avoid fraudulent claims.

This is all unecessary as all that has to happen is ALL American Dish has to do is contact them and say we are a mew account that qualifies for gift card. It now concerns me because Evoke Incentives has my wifes ID picture who they do not know anyways. Christopher Gomez said he would call me back the following Monday and we are now 4 weeks later without a return call or a $100.00 gift certificate.

I have placed several phone calls to him and to no avail he has ignored my concerns or interests. Nobody EVER answers a phone at this organization and it concerns me we have unfair business practices going on. This needs to be investigated and they need to be questioned. What should happen is these cards need to be automatically generated by a request of All American Dish as a new customer directly to Evoke Incentives. An actual gift card then mailed directly an promptly to the customer.

If anything when my wife sent the check instead of the certified document they should have sent back as they did and said this is going to further delay the processing of your request as we needed a certified check.instead they don't talk to you again. The reason for the self addressed stamped envelope is so they can send everybody their rejection letters. It costs this company nothing to do business with us.

Do not deal with this organization as i want them investigated for fraudulent and deceiving business practice.
