Riznyk Immigration Lawyer - American Immigration Attorneys What a ripoff! Lied in order to get the job - then TRIPLE debited on my charge card to the tune of $9500! Although he quoted $3945 for a job he could not even do!

Riznyk Immigration Lawyer was contacted over the internet and asked to renew my E. 2 visa - without me having to leave the USA. He was told that my I-94 was in good standing - and therefore, so was I.

He said it was going to cost $3945 and I could put it on my credit card. It turned out NO lawyer can renew a E. 2 visa without the visa holder having to leave the country - that is a NEW law since 2004. He knowingly gave misleading and wrong information in order to get his fee.

He NEVER provided the visa, because he could not - and proceeded to debit our credit card with $9500!!

This guy and his company is a fraud - be careful - whatever you do - do NOT ive your credit card number. If you can afford to lose money - give no more than a check!!
