Premium All-Natural Biscuits Infested with Bugs

I purchased the 20 lb. Box of the premium biscuits from this company, and after using a quarter of the box I saw that they were infested with bugs. This company glady replaced the box, and I had the same problem. My dogs got deathly sick a few days later, and now this company refuses to reimburse me for the medical expenses I had due to their biscuits. They are telling me to prove that the biscuits caused my dog's illness, while they have proof that nothing else was wrong with my dogs previous to these biscuits and that all tests came back negative for any other cause.

This company is responsible, but doesn't want to pay out any money for what their product did to my dogs. I use to always reoommend them, but now I am discouraging everyone not to buy from them. If they were a decent company they would reimburse me just like other companies have done when their products were tainted.
