URBANQ is a big rebate rip off. It does not refund Q-bates and keeps giving excuses that it had a check printing problem

I bought merchandise from URBANQ in APRIL/ MAY and my rebates were due in JULY and since then I have not received any Q-bates. They have been giving me lame excuses that they had check printing problem. They gave more than a couple of dead lines dates on which I would receive my checks unitil now I have not received any single check towards my purchases. I would like this company at all cost and see this issue resolved immediately.

Please take appropriate action on this company and see that I receive my checks.
