Ignored my explicit request to terminate service - informed them that they are getting a complaint

Being a veteran of the US Army, I was concerned about the theft/loss of VA SocSec info. Tried Truecredit; did get some sort of report on a 30-day 'freebie' (needed to give credit card info to get through the hoops); then told them to cancel this account; they ignored, and dinged my cc; had to cancel that cc; they whined that cc no longer valid [NO SHIT, Dick Tracy!!! ]

Kind of like picking ticks off one's body, and burning them; takes some effort, but hey, that's what life is all about.

Oh, by the way, my 'credit score' is 735.
