Truecredit.com unable to cancel membership

I have been trying to cancel a membership to truecredit.com for 3 months now. The only phone number listed on the website does not work. It always says the same message "the person you are calling is not available" it never even lets you get to anyone. I just want to cancel the membership but have no way of getting in contact with the company!
