Ripoff employee pay and county from taxes

I am just reporting that this is a company that I work for and they are scamming employees from justified earnings and the county, state, government from taxable dollars. For starters all hourly rate employees only earn on the average 10.00 to 14.00 an hour (more on the lower end). This company (signstrut) when they merged with Milwaukee Sign Co. Told local Deleware county that they would keep so many workers at all times, with an average pay of 19.60 hr. With 4.30 hr in benefits. This was so they could aquire tax abatements to ship factory machinery. PLUS - they aquired (for the simple reason of avg. Pay amount) a 55% tax abatement (I belive annually) for the next seven years!!! This is insane that local government would let this company get away with this.
