Chicago, United, Fideliy Title It took 6 years to get clear title to our home almost put us in the grave

In 1999 we bought our home In 2001 we refinanced both times we use Fidelity, Untied title sister companies of Chicago Title we completed both escrows and were charged a arm and a leg We were both diagnosed with Luekemia in 2003 and wanted to sell our home and leave Nevada we could not we could not get homeowners insurance we were STUCK in both escrows we NEVER received clear title to our home it was still under the prior owners name
We called we wrote letters and they kept telling us we where wrong after 5 years of waiting we went crazy our mortgage company Flagstar Bank of Troy Mi was ripping us off so bad we had to file bankruptcy and our attorney Randell Leonard was told by the court to get with both companies and fix the what was wrong to this day he has done nothing

We went on a rampage and 6 years to the day we moved in we were finally able to get a clear title but it has cost us our health and put us in so much financial displacement we will never be able to get out
so after you close an escrow go to your county recorders office and check ALL paperwork we are now trying to find legal help to clim our title insurance which would pay off our home and so we can finally leave THE WORSE STATE FOR FRAUD IN ALL 50 STATES it adds a whole new meanning to buyer beware if you are thinking of moving to Las Vegas have someone hit you upside your head until you find the right direction

We have lived here for 25 years and have seen it go down hill bad schools, legal system, fraud, crime you name it it can happen to you beware this is no JOKE
