Dishonest with their rebates

I signed a one year contract for tmobile and fullfilled my obligation for the rebate... They claimed i filed too early for the rebate, i refiled then, they claimed it was late... They received their commission from tmobile, but they refused my rebate. They have no address, only automated phones. They are not to be trusted, and buyer beware.
