Billed $241 For Two Calls To Wallis And Futuna Never Made

In my May phone bill I noticed 2 calls to wallis and futuna islands that totaled $241.26. At that time we had dial-up internet service and only one phone line. These calls, accordingly to AT&T were made while connected to the internet.
I reported to AT&T that these calls were not mine and I will not pay for something that I did not do. I also stated that I buy my software I do not download it, I do not know anyone or any business there, and even didn't know of its existence until I received the bill.
Since I also have been a victim of Atlantic Management I wasted no time in placing these calls in dispute while I research this further. So far I'm not having much luck.
