Ripoff, cashed cheque and did not send product

I mailed an order for personalized labels form J.D. Marvel on March 4. They wasted no time in cashing my cheque, on March 12, however I still have not received my labels. They did have the gall to send me a catalogue though! Luckily my order was only $13, but that's not the point. I am mad as hell and fully intend to get a response from this company.
