Jk harris took $750.00 from us as a down pmt. For fililg back tax returns and for negotiating a settlement on monies owed, we were told this would be done asap and we would get a welcome pkg. With pin number and the name of the counsler that would be working with us that was in march. As of now we have heard nothing from them they dont return calls either. We were tol that it would cost us $5500.00 to take care of this and it would be done within a year, thye want pmts. Of $500.00 per month, as of now they have done nothing at all can someone please help tell me what to do.
