Ripoff, abusive, terrible work, late, worst, aweful, rude, dishonest

We contracted a company to take our photos. Not only were they rude during the process, but when we asked them to add a few additional pictures to our album (after spending over $10,000), they verbally abused and cursed at us on the phone. Their exact words were "we own the photos, and we will charge you whatever we want. If you don't like it - screw you!" They were dishonest and rude, and I do not want ANYONE to have to experience what we did. My wife should not have been left in tears after dealing with them.
