My mother live in subsidied house. She is very sick person.

She is paranoidal, and the only way to keep her in relatively normal condition is no stress at all. The manager took advantage of her numerous times. One of examples at the present time: he is fixing oven for three months, and he doen't achieved any result. She complained Mila, social security coordinator, but Mila told, that this is not her job (where our tax money going?).
