DISHNETWORK Ripoff terribleservice unreliable

We signed up for Dish because it was cheaper than cable. The service was supposed to be new and improved. What a joke! Atleast 2-3 times per wk, it goes out. We called dish and complained and spent over 2hrs. On the phone trying to fix it. To no avail.

They finally sent us a new box because they did't know what the problem was. We had it 1 wk. And it started happening again. You would think with all the money they make that they could send out a tech. To fix the problem instead of having the customer try and figure it out! To us this is very poor service! If we could we would go back to the good old antena but that has been made impossible. We are not at all happy with this service and would not recommend it to anyone!
