I recieved a letter today in the mail from Loteria la primitiva telling me i am the beneficiary of $615,810.00 in cash and i just wanted to find out if it is a scam or not before i give my info to the company asking for my information?

I guess my question is how can i tell if this is a scam. And if it is is there anything i can do. It says i have til july 17th to fax the info back to them.

The letter also says the letter came fron the desk of the vice president.international promotions/prize award dept. The letter has a ref. No: and a batch no: could someone please write back and give me the info i need.
