My copy of rental agreement not signed

I was going through several rent to own agreements I have with rac, and noticed that neither of my copies are signed, I signed the originals but my copies are not signed. What does this mean for me at the bottom of my copies it states in order for this to be in agreement the copies must be signed now that I am having finacial problems they are threating to take the items back after I only owe about 5 wks to own the items. I am willing to pay of the total sum but would be about 6 days late in paying. Does anybody know how I should handle this with my copies with out my signature.
