They claim to be professionals!

Imagen is ran by purely unprofessionals! On their envoice it states: "'We are professionals'".

SO UNTRUE! This photographor was contracted for my little sister's Sweet 16. He was paid in full that day.

He stated that it would only take two weeks after the event to turn in the completed pictures, video and an additional package of pictures. Then he needed an extra week. My family understood.

On week three to comfirm the day when we would be expecting the photos and things no one gave us a straight answer.

It has been a month. There is no one avaiable to answer calls. I have finally gone in person to the "studio" and others in that shopping center has been seen them for a few days now.

Very unprofessional! They better hope that this works out.
