Sensi
Ripoff They lie about standing behind said quality product which actually falls apart

Shops, Products, Services

"The foundation of Sensi's business is its long-term reputation for building a quality product. Our customers are extremely loyal to Sensi and once you wear Sensi's, you'll be a customer for life." This is what Sensi says on their website, but what a laugh. I bought a pair of their spa sandals for my husband for Christmas, Dec. 2005. He wore them in the house only as house slippers... Not even outside where they would get any wear and tear! The cheap plastic they are made of separated from the sole... You can see where it is a little plastic tab that should stay glued into a little slot very clearly, yet it completely ripped apart. I bought the product up in Canada, where it is NOT cheap to purchase such things, so when they tore like that, I wrote to the company to tell them what happened and of my disappointment. They asked me to send them in so that they could take a look and then told me that they either ripped due to normal wear and tear or because we cut them with a knife... Hello!!!

If their normal wear and tear is light usage in the house for a few short months, then they must really have a crap product. They refused to help us and tried to suggest that we pay another $20 US to get a new paid. Now THAT is a rip-off. They don't stand behind their product, its quality, or their customer's satisfaction. WE are NOT satisfied. We have had flip-flops from the dollar store for over two years that we wear outside the house, on vacations, on beaches, etc. That have never ripped or fallen apart, so how can they say normal wear and tear is ripping away from the sole?
