Citibags - Nathan Traders
This company has absolutely no communication, no info, they take their money and run with it

I order a bag from Citibags on May 30 and that is all from there. I have sent them numerous e-mails inquiring the status, tracking as to what method would be sending my item. They have sent me nothing; they have no problem taking your money but for some reason they find it difficult to give you what you pay for. I am a seller for a living and communication is the most important things, good or bad, giving the person so sort of knowledge to the status will reduce the amount of e-mails and frustration coming in.
