Ripoff Miamis Burg

On 06/07/06 I went into Cricket and talked to an employee about their services and phones. I was told about the... No contracts no credit check and I would get no activation fee and 1 month free and unlimited calling and long distance. It sounded like a great deal. So the next day 06/08/06 I went in with my husband and we purchased a standerd phone for $155.92. Rosie the employee who seemed so nice and helpful got us all set up. I could'nt wait to start using my phone, so I did as soon as I walked out the door. Only to find out that the more I used it my calls where being dropped no service at all and no one could understand me "I sounded muffled" So on 06/10/06 I decided that my phone was'nt worth a crap so I went into cricket to get my money back "did'nt happen" At no time at all no one told me including Rosie about the 30 min. BullS... Rule!

So I told them I'm not happy with this phone or service the girl at the counter smurked at me and said well... If you use your phone for more than 30 min no refund! According to her I used my phone for three hours. How is this when my calls kept being lost? I also tryed to explain that no one told me about this so-called policy or I would have never purchased their crappy phone at all. No where in the little cricket office is there a sign letting people know about this little policy of theirs either. So they kept my $155.92 and I'm stuck with a phone that I have no use for also they had the nerve to give me a card "wireless world inc." Where I can sell my cell phone. How sweet! Thanks alot cricket!
